Overall I loved this short film. I am glad they made it available on YouTube. The horror and humor were dancing back and forth with just right touch of suspense that even if you would guess the final twist, you would doubt yourself. I love that in a story.
To me, Mashal Khan as Bride performed brilliantly compares to Hamzah. Her performance shadowed Hamza throughout the play until the climax. He was probably given the weird dialogues on purpose. In the end, he just outshined her…
The location and the related stories were familiar to any Pakistani, especially one who visited or reside in Karachi.
Technically too, it is a well-produced short. I am happy to see they did not drag the story for something like 20 minutes and calling it a short.
We need more filmmakers to produce great quality short films and have it available for the film lovers to enjoy and appreciate their efforts.
They say history repeats itself! They also say that life comes full circle, but what if that becomes a never-ending vicious circle? Expect the unexpected in this See Prime original short film.
