The arrest of this “Be Imaan Mazari” and her husband Hadi Ali Chattha ‘Dayyouth’ (a man who lacks ghairat/honor regarding the modesty of his women) in these cases, along with such heavy fines and long sentences, is a clear example of state oppression and excesses, as well as the cruelty and high-handedness of the court.
Allegations on Imaan Mazari
We would have been genuinely happy about this arrest and an even longer sentence if the state had actually punished her and her ‘Dayyouth’ for promoting obscenity and supporting those who insult Islamic sanctities. But it seems the state considers itself more important than religious values. After seeing the practical example of “Bunyaan-um-Marsoos” (A Solid Cemented Structure) in the May battle, we were hopeful that the state was finally moving towards “Justice and Islam,” but soon after, the state tore those hopes into pieces.
Broken Hopes of Justice
We pray that Allah guides all the decision-makers of the state and the public as well. May Allah especially grant guidance to this “dishonest Mazari and her associate,” or if guidance is not in their fate, then make them a true “warning for the entire world” according to the requirements of justice. Amen.
Reflection and Accountability
Imaan Mazari needs to understand that if this sentence is carried out, she should use this time for self-accountability and to build a real connection with “The Creator”—as a righteous person once said, imprisonment is the best opportunity for reflection and building a bond with Allah. Even if the sentence isn’t implemented, she should still use her senses to introspect.
Call for True Justice
The state should dismiss these cases and instead focus on her other truly serious crimes, so that no one has a valid reason to criticize the state regarding the fate of this couple and indecency does not spread in society.
Conclusion
In the end, Al-Islam Huwal Hal (Islam is the only solution). May Allah be our protector and helper.

“بے ایمان مزاری” اور اس کے “دیوث” کی ان مقدمات میں گرفتاری، اتنا بڑا جرمانہ اور اتنی لمبی قید
بے شک یہ “عدالت” اور ریاست کے ظلم کی واضح مثال ہے۔۔
ہمیں اس بے ایمان کی گرفتاری اور اس سے بھی زیادہ لمبی قید پر بہت خوشی ہوتی اگر ریاست واقعی اس عورت کو اور اس کے دیوث کو بے حیائی کے فروغ اور اسلامی مقدسات کی توہین کرنے والوں کی حمایت کے جرم میں سزا دیتی۔ لیکن ریاست نے “خود کو اسلامی مقدسات کے مقابلے میں زیادہ اہم سمجھ لیا ہے” شاید۔ ہم تو مئی کے معرکے “بنیان مرصوص ” کی عملی تفسیر دیکھنے کے بعد پر امید تھے کہ شاید ریاست اب واقعی “عدل و اسلام” کے نفاذ کے راستے پر چل پڑی ہے ۔۔ لیکن اس کے بعد ریاست نے قلیل عرصے میں ہی بنیان مرصوص کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر ڈالا۔
ہم تو اب بھی یہی دعا کرتے ہیں کہ اللّٰه ریاست کے تمام کرتا دھرتاؤں کو ہدایت دے اور عوام کو بھی ہدایت دے۔۔
اور یا اللّٰه اس “بے ایمان مزاری اور اسکے دیوث” کو بھی خصوصی طور پر ہدایت سے نواز یا اگر ان کے نصیب میں ہدایت نہیں تو انہیں واقعی ٹھیک ٹھیک طریقے سے عدل کے تقاضوں کے مطابق “ساری دنیا کے لیے عبرت کا نشان” بنا دے۔ آمین ثم آمین
اس مزاری کو بھی سمجھنا ہوگا کہ اگر اس سزا پر عمل درآمد ہوتا ہے ۔۔ تو اس کو اپنے لیے “احتساب اور رب سے حقیقی تعلق جوڑنے” کا ذریعہ بنانے کی کوشش کرے۔۔ جیسے کسی نیک بندے کے قول کا مفہوم بھی ہے کہ قید ہمارے لیے تعلق باللّٰه اور غور و فکر کے لیے بہترین موقع ہے۔ اگر اس عورت کی سزا پر عملدرآمد نہیں ہوتا تو بھی کم از کم اس عورت کو عقل کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے اپنا احتساب ضرور کرنا چاہیے ۔
ریاست کو چاہیے کہ ان مقدمات اور سزا کو ختم کرکے اس عورت کے جو دیگر واقعی سنگین ترین جرائم ہیں ان پر گرفت کرنے کی کوشش کرے تاکہ کسی کو بھی ریاست پر نکتہ چینی کا جائز جواز نہ ملے اور معاشرے میں بے حیائی اور گستاخانہ رویوں کو فروغ نہ مل سکے۔۔ کیوں کہ ناجائز نکتہ چینی تو پھر بھی جاری رہے گی۔
آخر میں بس اتنا ہی کہ
الاسلام هو الحل
اللّٰه ہمارا حامی و ناصر ہو۔
