Homemade Godiva Hot chocolate
With winters almost gone in Karachi, I know I am late with posting this much awaited recipe but it’s better late than never.
Ingredients:
Milk 400 ml
Good quality Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Half a bar Godiva dark chocolate (I used 85% dark chocolate)
Pinch of salt1 tsp coffee
Sugar as per you need (I dont like my hot chocolate super sweet)
Cornflour slurry 1 tbsp
Cook it on slow flame until the chocolate is melted. Whisk everything well, make sure to keep the consistency on a thinner side (not too thick).
Pour it out, top it with whipped cream, cocoa dusting, marshmallows and a piece of chocolate.
Enjoy.
