If you ask me who makes the best NY Cheescake in Karachi, not sure about the best but this one, from The Flapjack Co., immediately climbed up to my top 3 list, and so easily.
Digestive biscuit base with perfect sugar balance. The cheese mix having the right balance of sweet tangy and lightness.
Top it off with their delicious strawberry compote (wow). I loved it so much I just licked the container clean.
And for price point, its Rs. 400 per slice which I would not mind paying again and again! Brilliant product, great job Shanza Shah and team The Flapjack Co.
