Oh my gosh, the skillet cookie was ultimately divine and downright amazing. Chewy, ooey gooey, decadent cookie, melty chocolate chips, drizzled with lotus & of courseβ¦
With scoops of ice cream. It was served warm right from the skillet and we couldnβt wait to dig in.
Baked up crisp around the edges, but soft in the middle. The result was outrageously wonderful.
